Ask for something

A feature you want, or a thing that's broken. Both land in the same inbox, and a person reads every one.

Tell us what Lumotext should do that it doesn't. What you're trying to get done matters more than how you think it should work — that part we can figure out.

So we can reply. Nothing else is ever sent to it.

What happens to it

It goes to one inbox that one person reads. There's no ticket number, no auto-reply, and no queue position — if it needs an answer you'll get one from a human, usually within a couple of days.

Feature requests aren't voted on or ranked in public. They're read, and the ones that keep coming up are the ones that get built. If you've asked for something and it later ships, we'll tell you.

The message itself, your email address and which page you wrote from are all we keep. Nothing you've been reading is attached to it — Lumotext doesn't have that to attach. The privacy policy covers the rest.

Would rather just email?

Write to support@lumotext.com directly. It's the same inbox this form posts to, and nothing is lost by using it instead — the form exists because it tells us which app and which page you were on, which is usually the first thing we'd have to ask.
